Your systems should be built for the business you're running today.

We build AI-powered digital infrastructure: website, design, and a fully custom, automated CRM backend. For teams starting from scratch, teams stuck on platforms that can't keep up, and agencies who need a technical partner to build what they've already sold.

30 minutes, free. We scope the build, we don't pitch you a retainer.

AI-Powered Frontend

Websites, design systems and ad-ready landing pages engineered to convert from day one.

Custom CRM Engine

Lead routing, follow-up, reporting and integrations, automated instead of remembered.

01 — The gap

"Powered by AI" shouldn't mean a chatbot bolted onto a website that hasn't changed in five years.

Most businesses aren't short on strategy. They're short on infrastructure that can execute it. The gap shows up the same way, again and again.

01

The website is a liability, not an asset.

It was fine when it launched. Now it is slow, it does not reflect what the business does today, and it converts ad traffic worse than it should, because it was never built to.

02

The CRM is a spreadsheet with extra steps.

Leads get tracked manually, follow-up depends on someone remembering, and nobody can answer what happened to that lead from three weeks ago without digging through three tools.

03

Every new tool gets bolted on, never integrated.

The stack grows every year but nothing connects, so automation means copying data between tabs and reporting means building a deck by hand every month.

04

Agencies keep selling visions they cannot build.

The strategy is sound. The client is sold. Then it stalls, because the actual site, backend and integration work is not something the team in the room can deliver.

02 — The framework

Scope → Build → Launch

Hand drawn low fidelity website wireframes mapping the page flow
Every build starts as a flow, not a template. Wireframes first, then design, then engineering.

Step 01

Scope

A free, fixed-format Build Scope Call. We work out exactly what needs to get built or rebuilt, whether that is a full system from zero, a legacy revamp, or a defined piece of a larger build you are leading.

Step 02

Build

Design, engineering and CRM automation delivered as one integrated system on a fixed timeline, not three vendors handing work back and forth.

Step 03

Launch

The system goes live, connected to the tools you already run on, with the option to roll into ongoing systems support once it is proven out.

03 — What's included

Four layers, delivered as one build

Flat lay of a design system with screen mockups, components and colour swatches
Frontend

AI-Powered Website & Design

  • Custom UX/UI built to convert, not a template reskin with your logo swapped in
  • High-converting landing pages engineered for paid traffic: speed, message match, tracking from day one
  • A design system that scales across future pages and campaigns
Infrastructure

Custom Automated CRM & Backend

  • A CRM built around how your business actually sells, not a generic install
  • AI-driven lead routing, scoring, follow-up sequencing and reporting that runs without manual upkeep
  • API and MCP integrations into the tools you already use, no forced rip-and-replace
Revamp

Legacy Platform Modernization

  • Audit and revamp of existing platforms onto modern, AI-capable infrastructure
  • Selective rebuild by default: keep what works, replace only what holds the business back
  • A migration path that does not interrupt what is already generating revenue
Partnership

GTM & Build-Partner Capacity

  • Positioning and systems architecture the build is engineered to support
  • Technical execution for agencies and consultants: white-label or co-branded
  • Ongoing systems support after launch, so the build does not quietly decay

04 — Why this, not a typical dev shop

AI-native, not AI-decorated.

Custom CRM dashboard interface with pipeline columns, charts and automation toggles

AI-native, not AI-decorated

Automation doing real operational work underneath the product, not a chatbot badge on an old site.

One team, every layer

Design, engineering, CRM automation and the GTM system it supports, from one team that talks to itself.

Two entry points, one process

Greenfield builds and legacy revamps are the same discipline. The Scope Call decides which you need.

We build what we also run

The same studio that runs paid acquisition builds your pages, so they perform in ads from day one.

API and MCP fluency as baseline

Connecting to the tools you already run on is standard scope, not a change order.

Solution developers, not order takers

The build starts with judgment about what should be built, not a spec sheet executed literally.

05 — Who this is for

Three buyers, one entry point

The Outdated Operator

An established, growing business whose website and CRM were built for a version of the company that no longer exists. Nothing is broken enough to force the issue. It is just slower, clunkier and more manual than it should be, every single day.

Is this you?

  • Your CRM is a spreadsheet, or a tool the team has quietly stopped trusting
  • Your website has not meaningfully changed in years, and it shows in how it converts
  • You are duct-taping new tools onto an old stack instead of replacing what is holding you back

The Founder Building From Zero

You need a website, a CRM, and the systems underneath both to exist before you can really start selling, and you do not have the bandwidth to manage three vendors who have never spoken to each other.

Is this you?

  • You need real infrastructure live before your next push, not a placeholder site
  • Speed and a single accountable team matter more than deep customisation right now
  • You want it built AI-native from day one, not retrofitted with automation later

The Agency or Consultant Partner

You have sold a client on a strategy that depends on a technical build your team cannot deliver in-house. You need an execution partner who will not miss the deadline or go around you to the client.

Is this you?

  • You committed to a technical deliverable you do not have in-house capacity to build
  • You need a white-label or co-branded partner, not a freelancer marketplace hire
  • The relationship with your client matters more than getting credit for the build

Connected, not siloed

One system, wired into the tools you already run on.

Payments, email, ads, analytics, scheduling and your CRM talk to each other by design, so a lead captured on the site moves through follow-up and reporting without anyone copying it anywhere.

Build Scope Call

30 minutes, free, no pitch. You leave with a defined scope, not a proposal to decode.

Build

3–10 weeks, fixed price once scope is confirmed, sized to what is actually being built.

Launch & ongoing support

The system goes live connected to your existing tools, with optional monthly systems support.

07 — Pricing

Fixed price, confirmed on your Scope Call.

The call itself is free and fixed-format. Build pricing is confirmed once scope is agreed, because a landing page with CRM wiring and a full platform rebuild are not the same project.

08 — FAQ

The questions that come up first

We already have a website/CRM — is this still for us?

Most Build Scope Calls start exactly here. We're not assuming a rebuild from scratch; often it's a targeted revamp of what's already working, or full replacement of the one piece that isn't.

We're not technical — can we actually maintain this after launch?

The system is built to be run by a non-technical team day to day, with an ongoing support option if you’d rather we keep it maintained.

Can you just build one piece — like the CRM automation — not the whole system?

Yes. The Scope Call defines exactly what gets built; a full system is common, but it's not required.

How is this different from hiring a web agency?

Most web agencies stop at the site. We build the CRM, automation, and integrations underneath it as one system — the same team, not a handoff to a different vendor.

Do you build custom software, or just configure existing tools?

Both, depending on scope — sometimes the right answer is wiring up and customizing tools you already own, sometimes it's a custom-built backend. The Scope Call determines which fits your situation and budget.

We’re an agency/consultant — can you work under our brand?

Yes — white-label and co-branded delivery are both standard, and covered explicitly on the Scope Call.

What kind of projects do you take on?

Websites, landing pages, apps, custom CRM systems, and AI-automated internal infrastructure — usually delivered as one connected build rather than separate pieces. Projects range from a single high-intent landing page through to a full site plus CRM, automation, and integrations behind it.

Who do you typically work with?

E-commerce, property, legal, and finance brands, plus agencies and consultants who need a technical build partner behind their own client work. Teams usually come to us either starting from zero, sitting on a legacy platform that needs a revamp, or running a system that no longer matches how the business operates.

How do your engagements actually run?

Every engagement starts with a Build Scope Call, where we define exactly what gets built, in what order, and what it costs. From there the work runs on a fixed scope and fixed timeline with a single point of contact, staged reviews as each part is completed, and a handover built so a non-technical team can run it day to day — with ongoing support available if you prefer we keep maintaining it.

Every month on the old system is a month of manual work you didn't have to do.

The infrastructure gap doesn't close itself. It compounds, quietly, until a bad quarter or a missed lead makes it impossible to ignore. Book a Build Scope Call, walk away with a defined scope either way, and decide from there.
